The Pack & Arrange Views command in BIMLOGIQ Copilot automates the process of placing multiple views on Revit sheets in an optimized and space-efficient way. By intelligently arranging views within title blocks and distributing them across sheets when needed, this Revit AI tool reduces manual layout work, improves consistency, and accelerates documentation workflows.

Layout Options

Choose how views are selected and arranged on sheets:

View Selection – Select views directly from the Project Browser or find them using a name-based search.

Title Block – Define the title block used to create sheets and host the arranged views.

Minimum Spacing – Set the minimum distance between views; Copilot calculates the optimal layout automatically.

Sheet Settings

Optionally define the starting sheet number and sheet name to ensure generated sheets follow your project’s documentation standards.

Use Cases

Construction Documentation
Automatically pack plans, sections, and elevations onto sheets with clean and professional layouts.

Large-Scale Projects
Efficiently distribute multiple views across one or more sheets without manual trial and error.

Standardized Sheet Layouts
