Annotate multiple views simultaneously, ideal for large projects:

  1. Click Batch Annotation from the Smart Annotation ribbon.

  1. Select the views you want to annotate.

  1. Choose the tag setting template that will be applied to those views.

  1. Select an action:
    • Tag and Arrange: Places new tags and arranges them according to the selected template.
    • Arrange Only: Keeps existing tags but rearranges them for improved readability.
    • Dimension and Arrange: Adds dimensions to elements along with arranging tags.

  1. Choose an arrangement option:
    • New Annotations: Applies only to newly placed tags.
    • All Annotations: Applies to all tags in the selected views, both existing and new.

  1. Click Add to include the job in the queue.

  1. When ready, click Submit to start processing the batch annotation task.

This feature enhances efficiency in deadline-driven workflows.
